From Malton central traffic lights:

Take road towards Norton and Stamford Bridge.
Just over railway crossing, turn right  (signed to Pocklington and Stamford Bridge).
Up hill, down other side, at bottom take left fork signed to Leavening.
Straight over cross roads.   
Right at fork.
Continue 1.5 miles to village.
Farm and Nursery entrance is on the RHS just before the village sign and 30mph limit.

From York:

Take the A166 (signed Bridlington and Stamford Bridge)
Go through Gate Helmsley (40mph).
Turn left after the Balloon Tree Café, signed to Buttercrambe and Malton
Follow winding road through to Buttercrambe. 
Continue straight for about 3.5 miles (signed to Malton and Leavening).
At “blind summit” turn right at cross roads just over the brow of the hill (signed to Leavening ).
Turn left at the crossroads in Leavening village.
Entrance to the Nursery and the farm is at the bottom of the hill, on the left hand side, just after the de-restriction sign.
